Our brains are used to seeking out evidence to support our negative thoughts and beliefs.
This is often why it is so hard to operate after having a big complication, which can lead to a lot of worrying and anxiety.
To combat this, we need to learn to offer our brains evidence for how we are doing a good job, by creating more evidence for our brain to see.
Today, I am walking you through an exercise to start creating the evidence your brain needs to recognize that you are doing a great job as an OB/GYN, in the OR, on L&D, and beyond!
