Today I am joined with the beautiful Liz, health enthusiast and mum of 2.

Liz shares her family, parenting and motherhood journey via instagram, but before motherhood she started traveling the world and documented her adventures using the hash tag #Lizbucketlist. In 2014 Liz pursued her passion for creating guilt free treats in her kitchen and started her business Luv Superfoods, a combination of raw vegan sweet treats, and nourishing smoothie’s. Liz thrived along side her business, and filled cafes all over the Newcastle region with her delicious vegan treats. Liz has hung up her bakers hat and turned her focus to motherhood as she welcomed her first son Eli, and then her second son Sunny with partner Daniel in 2019.

Liz has a clear focus on health starting from within and in this episode shares her journey through motherhood and wellbeing. We also chat about all things self love, and battling our inner critic as we transition into motherhood, and Liz shares a very special, and unconventional birth experience with her gorgeous baby Sunny.
