• Quality healthcare is more than solely addressing symptoms. It is adopting a holistic approach that includes medical treatment, nutrition, and identifying the root cause of health issues.
• By taking a problem-solving approach, medical professionals will be honest, detailed, and proactive in finding solutions to the underlying cause of the patient’s issue.
• Patients need to be engaged and proactive in their own care: understanding their own body, self-monitoring, undergoing regular checkups and being aware of their diet and physical activities.
