If you’re interested in understanding how we can regenerate our landscape listen to my guest Marian Boswall, a Landscape architect, horticulturalist, agroecology coach, land energy healer and author of The Kindest Garden which is about creating beautiful places where whole ecosystems can thrive; it’s about moving beyond an extractive system by putting back, nurturing ourselves and regenerating our surroundings.

A regenerative garden isn’t just a place, or a method, to grow plants. It’s a mindset. It includes and goes beyond sustainability, focusing on making healthier land and people, and particularly healthier soil which feeds all other eco-systems.

Marian shows us that intentional design, mindful material usage, increasing biodiversity from soil to gut, harmonising with natural energies and conscientious plant sourcing we can make a difference in our own gardens, in community gardens, allotments or even on a balcony.

She shares how Regenerative gardening offers us a way to bring multidimensional life back into our gardens and realise that everything is food to something or someone, including ourselves.
