不完美受害人能否定强奸？热播剧集争议的个人观点

近日热播剧《不完美受害人》的剧情引发讨论，个人认为这部剧集设定有趣但后半程垮掉，另外这部剧集对警方办案、律师形象、伪证责任等一系列法律问题存在误导，分享一点我的观点供大家参考。
