What was the story of your 2024? How does it fit into the context of where you've been and where you're going?
For us, our word of 2024 was 'abundance.' It proved to be a helpful guide as we navigated a challenging year as business owners and parents. We provided free business trainings, allowed other businesses to use PelvicSanity rent-free, created a 'Student Symposium' for those interested in pelvic health, started the Finding Pelvic Sanity podcast and increased our impact in both our local community and for pelvic rehab providers in 2024.
For us, the year was one of doing less to accomplish more. We discuss how acknowledging and accepting our limitations allowed us to prioritize what was most important and grow the business while being true to our vision for our family.
We had to create a team to support what we were doing, trust our people, build systems and surrender control. And the results were incredible for us, for our coaches and our mentees.
