He talks about his life path since putting The Challenge behind him and what he learned from his controversial exit from the show and everything that came with it and still does. He also touches on the awful rumors and reputation that followed him based on things he flat out says did not happen. If you expect him to run from the subject, guess again. This is as candid as he has been on the matter, and as you will hear, he has turned it into motivation and fuel for his businesses, fitness, coaching and his quest to make New York the strongest city in the world.
