From the Vault: REAL TIME HEAL: Anxiety, OCD, and the Mother Wound with Crystal

Trigger Warning: THIS REAL TIME HEAL WILL DISCUSS CHILDHOOD SEXUAL ABUSE. Crystal is an incredible, brave, and insightful soul. When she was five, she suffered abuse at the hand of a friend's father and her life was never the same. After living with the remnants of that experience for her teen years, she married young into an abusive relationship. Now, years later and finally in a partnership that is loving and safe, Crystal is experiencing anxiety, OCD, stomach issues and shoulder pain. Her body is feeling what her heart cannot.
