李跳跳是否不正当竞争？跳过广告功能存法律风险

近日包括李跳跳app在内的多家手机应用收到律师函，称其涉嫌不正当竞争，而应用作者多选择停更停服避其锋芒，但是也有网友对此事是否涉及不正当竞争产生疑问，那么这个问题从法律角度怎么看？
