Today that podcast evolves to the BraveHer Podcast and I'm so excited to share this with you! BraveHer is all about taking big steps to move beyond fear into the radical growth and expansion that comes once we move beyond fear.

I'm super excited to introduce you to the first BraveHer podcast guest, Brigitte Zeitlin, MPH, RD, CDN. Brigitte is a celebrated women's health coach, registered dietitian and media personality. She has worked with hundreds of women and has become the “go-to” nutrition coach for women who want to lose weight and feel great in their bodies.

Women flock to Brigitte for her renowned expertise in creating a highly personalized, integrative, real-life nutrition approach for her clients. Brigitte has her Master’s in Public Health Nutrition and is a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist in New York City. Brigitte has worked with hundreds of clients 1-1 including both the clinical setting at Mount Sinai and her private practice for over ten years.

Fueled by her passion and belief that enjoying the foods you love and taking care of your health go hand-in-hand, Brigitte founded her private practice BZ Nutrition, where she curates deeply personalized wellness plans for her clients that are nourishing, practical, and effective so that they feel great in their bodies. Brigitte’s expertise has been celebrated and featured in over 20+ national press outlets, including Vogue, Well+Good, Women’s Health, and Us Weekly, to name a few.
