The time outside and activity may differ in each conversation, but we delve into the subject to find the commonality that drives us all. As a business owner, I find myself outside to balance the challenges of every day Discovering Rita Massey - Rita’s lifelong interest in healing led her to a career of thirty years practicing holistic healing arts including bodywork, Reiki, teaching yoga, and facilitating inner healing and transformation. Through a twelve year journey through metastatic cancer, Rita experienced for herself the power of the mind in healing as she went deep into healing trauma and limiting beliefs. She came through free of cancer with a new zest for life, and acquired a wealth of self help tools in the process. Rita also realized that as the cancer was an immense opportunity for growth, it was also for her a way to avoid stepping into her greatness. Realizing this, she is now dedicated to helping people overcome their illness and other limitations in order to step further into their greatness. Rita Massey has over 1000 hours of accredited training in bodywork and healing arts. She is an Usui Reiki Master, and an Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator. She has led workshops in empowered self healing in California and Hawaii. Rita spends her spare time enjoying nature, dancing, playing music, and paddling outrigger canoe with the Mana’olana Pink Paddlers.
