Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving combine for 62, Nets scrape a win against Hornets

Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving had no problem scoring against the Charlotte Hornets, but the Nets squandered a 23-point lead and ended up winning by just six when it was all said and done. Brooklyn allowed Charlotte back into this game in the second half and it actually came somewhat down to the wire before securing the win. Doug Norrie talks about what happened in this game, how the Nets weren’t able to capitalize on their chances and how they allowed Terry Rozier to cook in the second half. In the end. it was a Nets win, but they lost a chance to real seal the deal early and get the stars some rest.
