Already at a relatively young age Liam has coached numerous winners on tour such as Matt Wallace and Vincent Norrman. He also coached tour legend Lee Westwood for over two years.

We had chance to discuss his evolution and development as a coach working with great mentors such as Mac O’Grady, Robert Rock and Matt Belsham.

From an early age he has been fascinated by the art and science of both playing and coaching.

Often in his early days he would be playing tournaments with other young pros who he was actually coaching and we go into a great story how he transformed the fortunes of one young player during a 36 hole tournament they played together.

With his association with Robert Rock he gained an opportunity to coach top players and has never looked back since.

We discuss life on tour and both the opportunity and challenges of working at the highest level.
