Welcome to the first episode of the Growth Beyond Trauma podcast.

In this episode, I am interviewed by Vivian McKinnon GQHP (Linkedin), Founder and Managing Director of Hydro-ease, Northern Ireland's only dedicated floatation Centre (hydro-ease.co.uk) who is also a fellow trauma survivor seeking to bring light to the topic we feel the deepest shame over, helping us release that burden and step into a life of joy and abundance.

Vivian is also a Floatation and Post Traumatic Growth specialist, Trauma ACE's survivor, Multi Award Winning Public Speaker (TEDx; In Conversation with Gabor Mate), Author, Mental Health First Aid Trainer, SMART Recovery, Laugh Yoga Instructor & NLP Master Practitioner.

We talk about my story, mission, and what I am doing today to achieve this. 
Vivian holds the conversation so beautifully, taking us through my journey from victim to survivor to thriver, where I now seek to create safe spaces for others through my  1:1 and group trauma-informed coaching programmes to my future vision of Northern Ireland's first sexual trauma festival.
