*Trigger Warning - Suicidal thoughts and childhood abuse are briefly referred to in this episode*
You've flown, you've travelled, you've had all the sex you can imagine in your lucid dreams. What now? Dr Nigel Hamilton joins us aboard the Dream Boat again, to talk about the experiments he and Robert Waggoner (heard in Season 1, Episode 1) have been asking lucid dreamers to do in their sleep.
Starting from his observations as a therapist and dream worker that movements in dreams corresponded to changes in the psyche, Dr Hamilton tells Dave and Laura how the research has progressed to the current phase of asking experienced lucid dreamers to ask a series of questions when they are in a lucid dream, and he shares some of the remarkable experiences that followed.
Along the way, they ask: If you are "in control" when you are lucid dreaming, who or what is answering your questions?
Dr. Hamilton is co-Founder of the Dream Boat's sponsor, the DRI centre for dream studies, and he is the founder of the world-famous transpersonal psychotherapy training college, CCPE, in London.
