I had a message not that long ago from someone who was feeling a bit lost. Because usually at this time of year, they would be planning for things that, with the current regulations, are in doubt at best, and have already been cancelled at worse. Think shows, in person events, markets, all the things that are challenging at the moment. They asked if I'd consider doing a podcast about how to plan for uncertain times... and I thought it was a great idea.

So this episode is how to plan for uncertain times. When the world seems to have gone mad and you're not sure what you can do (or what you'll be able to) now or in the future. Here's my advice...
