Hello, hello you gorgeous human being,

Let’s kick this off with a question: when was the last time you unplugged? And I mean REALLY unplugged - from social media, the apps, all of it. For me it was last weekend, and I'm so happy I did because I hadn't realised just how much I needed to.

We are so overstimulated on a day to day basis, it was really refreshing to embrace the silence that came with unplugging, just what the doctor ordered!
