John 14:1-14 (ESV) Week 13

WOW verse 13 already!!!  Next week we finish off this great passage. This week's verse is widely misinterpreted.  Many have taken this verse to be a promise that Jesus will answer all of our prayers.  This causes confusion and doubt when this does not occur.  To properly interpret this verse, one must look at the context of the passage.  Jesus is telling his disciples that He is going to the Father, that He is in the Father, and that He does what the Father wills.  This is followed by verse 13 ...
