76: Celebrating ALIVENESS (on my day of birth!)

In my ancestry, it is custom to not only receive, but GIVE gifts 🎁 on your birthday as a celebration + immense gratitude for your life and the people around you. Alas, today is my birthday (May 12th the date of this episode) so I am gifting to you a special episode where I share with you 42 things I have learned this year about the HEALING journey, how to move through rock bottom moments in your life, and the glimmers of hope ✨ that come from a practice dedicated to loving your very existence.

The concept of ALIVENESS is very near and dear to my heart, and I think what the world 🌎 needs now more than anything is the spirit of aliveness infused in everything you do.

From a spiritual perspective, aliveness is not always feeling ALIVE and this episode unravels a mosaic of medicine in sharing the very practices, rituals, and steps I’ve taken this past year to heal 40+ years of chronic stress and trauma I had been suppressing that finally erupted inside of my physical body.
