Ray Zhang moved to the United States of America from China over eleven years ago. After failing at college he found himself homeless in Hawaii. With massive motivation, he turned to flipping anything and everything. He was taking things he could acquire for free from Craigslist and flipping it for a profit. This eventually lead to him flipping cars to earn cash and quickly got him to making $10,000 a month. He always had the desire to be a real estate investor so he started trying to wholesale single family residences. After a failed attempt at flipping houses and eventually multi-family properties he found his niche in land flipping.
