The Oscars were…horrible, actually. They had the right ideas, I know, I did an award show a week ago and they used many; I did no clips, instead, people talking about movies; I let winners speak their truth, so did they. But someone the Dorians made it, while the Oscar's didn't. Why? Because it's organic for one and not for the other to be diverse. Can you force diversity, inclusion? Or is that the problem with America today? We want our institutions to change, update, modernize, but they can't really, because they simply aren't modern, updated or inclusive?
