Koeman and Everton consciously uncouple - is Bilic next for the chop?

Arsenal’s 5-2 demolition of Everton turned out to be the final straw as the Toffees finally dispensed with the services of Ronald Koeman. Elsewhere, Dejan Lovren and Victor Lindelof put on two of the worst defensive displays, like, *ever* as Tottenham hammered Liverpool 4-1 and Huddersfield shocked Manchester United.
