Liverpool defender Sepp van den Berg speaks exclusively to the Liverpool ECHO’s Theo Squires following his loan spell at Preston North End. Having moved to Preston in January, in a deal linked to the one that saw Ben Davies sign for the Reds, van den Berg reflects on his time at Deepdale, which saw him play in a new position and under two managers. Expressing his desire to move back out loan next season, the 19-year-old also talks about the help fellow Dutchman Virgil van Dijk has given him; winning the FIFA Club World Cup in Qatar, and what it’s like to train with Liverpool stars like Mohamed Salah.
