Should there be a drunk driving limit for cyclists?

Unlike drunk driving, the current law on cycling while intoxicated does not specify a specific limit. Rather, it relies on the Gardaí judging whether you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the point that you do not have proper control of the bike. So, should a specific limit for cycling while drunk be introduced?
