My guest on this episode is a friend of mine and fellow Culinary Institute of America graduate, John Eisele III. John is a Certified Sommelier currently based out of Green Bay, WI. He began working in restaurants at the age of fourteen as a dishwasher. His career so far has led him to work at multiple Michelin starred restaurants with some of the best chefs in the nation. He has also worked in some of the best food cities such as Chicago and San Fransisco. John is currently in the process of becoming a candidate for the Advance Sommelier Exam and hopes to one day pass his Master Sommelier Exam.
