In this episode, we talked so much about breaking metal barriers when it comes to selling, how to get over being an introvert, how you can develop your mindset to be not only a great sales person, but to just win overall at life! Andy has a big conviction in helping people become winners in all aspects, just like myself, and I really resonated with that! Along with breaking down these barriers with mindset, we talked about some tactical things you can do in sales. It was really cool to hear his aspects on how often you should be listening, how often you should be speaking, what energy you need to have, what kind of swagger or style you should have when you selling! It’s really good and especially good because him and I have drastically different energy levels, and so to see that there are multiple ways to go about selling and doing some crazy things is great! This is definitely one that he preps you for in the beginning to get a notepad and a pen because you’re going to take a lot of notes! Make sure you do that before you turn this on right now!
