She has sold over two million copies of her book, The Child in You and has been number one on the bestseller list for over four years. Stefanie advocates for everyone to develop their self-awareness and perception as she believes it is the most powerful tool in improving relationships in your life.

In this episode, we discuss why self esteem is the epicentre of all our mental health problems, why we all have a basic need for attachment as well as autonomy and how the traumas that we experience in childhood (however big or small) unconsciously shape and determine our entire approach to life as adults. Stefanie shares her approach for working with - and befriending - our inner child. She explains how in getting in touch with our ‘shadow child’ and embracing our ‘sun child’, we can learn to form better relationships and become our truest self.
