41: Flaring the exams of life

India saw 1.3 lakh suicides in 2018, of which students made up 8%, almost the same as those involved in the farming sector. A quarter of the student suicides in 2018 were because of “failure in exams”. Experts say causes ranged from drugs to depression, to broken families and breakups. 

While there are a lot many things in our society we can't change immediately, we can certainly change or adjust our approach to that problem. Exam stress or depression is one of them.
