Kimberly Sparks, health coach and functional nutrition wiz, shares her story about ALS, cancer, caregiving and how a text in 2016 led to a series of events that changed her life in this episode of "Happiness through Hardship" - The Podcast. She talks about the years of being a caregiver to her mom with ALS while also grappling with her sister's cancer diagnosis. This awful time led to many dark moments...but also a few bright lights. Her story is intense...though fitness, work family as well as her furry friends and professional care - helped get her through. Coach Kim is incredibly motivational to her crew on social media and to all her clients. She has an infectious laugh and is known for her big smile and fun sunglasses.
