POSTCAST: Sixers lose to Pistons 105-95 in Tobias Harris’ return

The Philadelphia 76ers lost to the Detroit Pistons 105-95 in Tobias Harris’ return to South Philly.  

 

Harris was booed every time he touched the ball in the Pistons’ win. The 32-year-old veteran  played the previous 5-plus seasons with the Sixers and underwhelmed the fanbase after he was signed to a max contract over Jimmy Butler following the 2018-2019 season.  

 

Tonight, Harris netted 18 points with 14 rebounds.  

 

Tyrese Maxey led the Sixers effort scoring a game high 32 points. The next best scorer for the Sixers was Kelly Oubre who scored 13 points on 5-of-12 shooting. No other sixers made more than three baskets in the loss.  

 

The loss drops the Sixers to 1-3 on the young season and makes the frustration with the playing status of Joel Embiid grow exponentially.
