In this solo episode, we explore the conversation that seems to be coming up quite a bit around toxic positivity, and how using this phrase may impact our ability to stay curious and view others without judgment. 

We discuss the challenge around the loss of nuance that has come with the rise of mental health conversations happening on social media with character limits, the fact that life will inevitably hand us moments that we can’t bypass our way through, and that curiosity and judgment can’t live together - which is why we can’t form genuine connections with others if both are present.
