Today, we’re joined by Payton Sartain, content creator and podcast host of Note to Self. We chat relationships, city vs. country living, and how to navigate life transitions. Payton talks about her frequent moves—from the Midwest to Fashion Week in NYC to preparing for her next chapter in South Florida. As someone who thrives on new beginnings, she offers advice on navigating life in a new city, making friends as an adult, and finding your community.
