Dealing with defeat

Nobody likes to lose, but somebody usually does. Former world champion Darren Barker is in the club for an honest chat with George and Dec about what defeat feels like, and how you bounce back from it. 

This was recorded before Anthony Joshua’s defeat to Oleksandr Usyk in Saudi Arabia, but it might give you an idea of what he’s thinking this week.
