76ERS POSTCAST: Sixers allow McCollum to GO OFF in 123-115 loss to Pelicans

After just barely getting by the Washington Wizards Wednesday night, the Philadelphia 76ers couldn't muster the same magic Friday night against the New Orleans Pelicans taking a 123-115 loss. The Sixers allowed CJ McCollum to come up with a 38 point performance including six made threes. Tyrese Maxey led the sixers in scoring with 30 points after a slow start well Paul George returned from a groin injury to score 25 points with 11 rebounds.

The Pelicans didn't dominate the game until midway through the fourth quarter when they opened up a 16 point lead their largest in the game. But even then the Sixers till showed some fight, but not enough production. Throughout the night, the Pelicans controlled the game, while the Sixers would battle back to take small leads, but each time they was a rally killing McCollum three waiting to Squash any momentum Philly established.
