Here's why we don't invest in class-A properties... 

For us, the answer is easy. We're going c-class every time. Why? Because that's our niche. We know value-add multifamily best. Our asset class has so much room for potential, we know how to go in there, add value, bring rents to market rates, increase the profitability of the asset, and then refinance at the most opportune moment. 

On top of that... this asset class provides greater returns, recession-proof cash flow, and a whole lot more.
