We are so excited to be kicking off a new series entitled When Your Child is Struggling! As a parent, it is so hard to see your child struggling – whether that be with things like anxiety and depression or things like substance abuse and self-harm. In this series, Dr Brooke Keels and Melanie Wise discuss some of the key things that any parent with a struggling child should know. (And even though this series is directed toward parents, it will be helpful for anyone who has a loved one in their life who is struggling!) In this episode, we discuss the importance of being healthy and self-aware as the parent so you can navigate the situation with your child from a place of health.
