We welcome Michelle Van Beek for the first time to the podcast! If you don’t know Michelle, she is Profit Rocket's COO and business coach. For over 15 years, she has been in a leadership role. She is extremely passionate about leadership development and operational strength that drives profitability in a business.

She began her journey in the trades 7 years ago, when she began as an office manager. She had to deal with negativity for being a female leader in a male-dominated industry, but she never let it stop her from advancing and succeeding in her career. She was quickly promoted to general manager and again to COO, after multiple acquisitions and the start-up of a sister company.

Over the last seven years, she was lucky enough to be part of a large number of best practice groups and worked closely with some of the best business minds in the industry. Michelle’s passion for helping others on a mass scale has led her to thrive as a business coach. She uses her knowledge, experience, and expertise, to drive profitability, efficiency, and growth within the business she works with. She truly feels fulfilled and rewarded on this journey as a business coach, because she gets to contribute every day to the success of struggling business owners and leaders around her!
