Episode 28 - Story: Your Worth Doesn’t Require An Audience

Each month, Still Becoming will bring you a story. These episodes are short, meditative, and combine music with the story. Though the story is personal to the host or someone else, the hope is that we can all have a moment to breathe, listen, and reflect on our own story as we listen.

This month I share how I missed the beauty, worth, and magnitude of a tree standing right in front of me for years. And I learned a very valuable lesson. Your worth, my worth, does not exist once there is an audience to take notice. Our value is inherent, stands alone, and does not depend on recognition. Sure, it is nice to be recognized, but that doesn't equal value.
