Is Freyja the same goddess as Eastre?

I am joined by Angriff and Redbeard, who wish to argue that the Norse Goddess Freyja is the same as the West Germanic goddess of the dawn Eastre/Ostara. They have a great theory that deserves your attention and connects myths of Freyja clearly with other Indo-European goddesses of the dawn.
