Today we’ll hear how one woman’s journey to heal her chronic conditions led her to avoiding certain everyday products at the urging of a holistic medical professional. Alexx Stuart of Low Tox Life joins us today, to share her story – how she started to feel better after changing up some of her lifestyle practices and then how she started learning even more about the negative health effects of many things millions of us sniff, eat, and slather on ourselves, and found herself a trustworthy authority on all things toxins. Though Alexx is irate about the forces that have brought us to this harmful situation, she advocates changes done in small steps, imperfectly and with great amounts of self-compassion. She’ll let us know what to look out for and what to do about it. Making doable changes and swaps to reduce our toxic burden is a big health lever – definitely don’t miss this conversation!
