Gregg Roman, the man directly linked to confidential photos of Mallory Beach's body ending up in a documentary sizzle reel, is fighting tooth and nail to avoid a deposition — claiming journalist privilege, Israeli AND Philadelphia residency, and even a potential Israeli military obligation?
Greg Parker's attorneys have been paid royally from Parker’s fried chicken sales, dragging Mandy and Liz through costly legal battles over depositions they never should have faced — and denied them the same accommodations offered to this "Middle East Policy Expert" at the center of the civil conspiracy allegations.

Note: A federal jury ruled against Roman’s accuser on her Title VII and Pennsylvania Human Relations Act claims, specifically finding she had not been subjected to sexual harassment by Roman. It also rejected Roman’s abuse-of-process counterclaim.
