Dialing it back to that time I was having a lot of issues with my pelvis. After 3 big babies within 5 years I had some physical problems that I'd never addressed.

Kegels weren't working for me nor was Pilates or Yoga. In retrospect what I really needed was a holistic approach that embraced emotional integration and sensuality.
Luckily I found the Jade Egg practice and some incredible teachers who were emphasizing working with emotions in a powerful way and incorporating pleasure as part of the healing process.
