Its such a simple and easy framework to think about to yourself. Clarify what's important and what your values are, Nourish the things that bring you back to life, and Let go of limiting beliefs, conditioning, thougths- anything that doesn't serve you.
I am so happy to share this episode with you as I feel it is good to hear the beautiful Hilary Claire's story. So often we look at someone's lives and think they would be perfect, off-air we spoke about the fact that from the outside looking in, Hilary is a psychologist- her husband a GP, two beautiful kids in a beautiful part of the world- things probably seem perfect. And on top of this- sometimes as health professionals there sometimes feels there is an expectation that we are meant to have it all FIGURED OUT (impossible!). So I am really thankful to Hiliary to share that like isn't perfect, and it isn't easy- but also that is LIFE- the pain is part of the beauty (even what it sucks going through it).
