Interview w/ Trevor Dorsey (Head Coach at Peninsula Catholic HS)

Coach Trevor Dorsey shares his journey from growing up in West Virginia to becoming the Head Coach at Peninsula Catholic HS in Newport News, Virginia. He attended Marshall University and earned both his bachelors and masters degree from there. We talk about how we met while I was recruiting a player he coached back in 2018, and how he's gone about building his program into a program that has increased their win total by 3 each of the past two seasons - including beating one of the traditional state contenders. Coach Dorsey talks about being a white guy from West Virginia who didn't play college basketball and how he goes about not exactly having instant "street cred" with players or their families, and how he genuinely cares about developing relationships!
