25: Angela A. - first call

🔸 An analyzing part has a good deal of input, but we'll talk again and I'll be better prepared for it : )

🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):
Angela has a part that wants to reach out to her ex on the anniversary of their still-birth. And another part telling her no, thats not ok, that this feeling needs to be eradicated. Its in her stomach its afraid she will get conned again. And that if she feels this, she'll feel everything and be overwhelmed. It softened up. It wants to protect her all over, not just in this little focused part. it thinks shes 12... it needs space. its needs to be alllowed to live
