On June 15, 2023, major news about the Delphi murders broke. In a due process hearing, defense and prosecution each confirmed that Richard Allen made incriminating statements about the case. Judge Fran Gull also indicated that she will rule in favor of The Murder Sheet's motion to provide more public access to court documents.
