Robert Powell is one of the founders of the non-profit Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU). He has written multiple papers about numerous UFO cases including the 2008 Stephenville UAP incident. Robert was featured in an episode about that case in the National Geographic series ‘UFOs: Investigating the Unknown’. Robert has written three books about the UFO phenomenon, including 'UFOs and Government: A Historical Inquiry’, and more recently ‘UFOs: A Scientist Explains What We Know (And Don’t Know)’.
