Today I had the opportunity to interview one of my favorite mentor doctor’s, Dr. Paula Rochelle. Dr. Paula is by far one of the most badass women I know in functional medicine and life in general. She is pioneering a more effective approach to prevention and wellness care. She specializes in:

Dr. Paula is board certified in Traditional Naturopathy by the American Naturopathic Medical Association. She spent 3 years on contract to NeuroScience Laboratories as part of a team researching neurotransmitters. She is the director of 2 multidisciplinary alternative medicine clinics. She holds certifications in Acupuncture from the American Society of Acupuncture, in nutrition from the American Association of Nutritional Consultants, and is currently certifying in functional neurology and functional medicine.

In 2006, Dr. Rochelle crashed her airplane, walked away to tell the story and did the work needed to heal her own brain. As a result, she focuses her work on assessing and correcting brain trauma. She is the formulator of ASuRA brain – a product designed to open up the aquaporins in the brain enabling the brain to detoxify.

Dr. Paula also was one of the speakers at my International Brain Summit and to this day is one of the most memorable speakers. Her wisdom, intuition, and heart to serve set her apart from traditional medical or functional medicine.

Her clinics are like a wonderland for me to visit. I learn SOOO much whenever in her presence.
