Dr. Anthony Fauci appeared before a Senate committee Wednesday under subpoena, invoking his Fifth Amendment right to not answer a question over 100 times during a hearing that also saw one of his attorneys escorted from the chamber. Jim Roope reports that Fauci, who received a pardon from President Biden before he left office, could face Contempt of Congress charges as early as next week.
