ADHDAF Day is fast approaching as it’s almost ADHD awareness Month! Nicole joins me to raise ‘ADHD elbow’ ;) in all seriousness, ADHD IS NO JOKE! It's a serious neurodevelopmental condition... so serious in fact, that we need some comic relief!

The Most ADHD Thing episodes turn tragedy into comedy; laughing at the things that would usually make us cry.  Eradicating shame, whilst uniting the ADHD adult community We are all in this together!
